Polypropylene components fail fire safety tests. Electrical housings, automotive under-hood parts, and industrial enclosures require UL94 V-0 or V-2 ratings. Non-compliant materials pose liability risks and market access barriers in automotive (FMVSS 302) and electrical (IEC 60695) sectors.

Our Solution

Our flame retardant PP compound achieves UL94 V-0 at 1.5mm thickness with 15-20% loading. Halogen-free grades available for RoHS/REACH compliance. Maintains mechanical properties (tensile 25-35 MPa, impact 4-8 kJ/mΒ²) while providing LOI 28-32% oxygen index.
